- Go to your paymanager dashboard
- Login and click on the Invoicing tab which can be found in the menu bar on the left side of the page then click Invoices.
- Click on “New Invoice”
- Fill out all fields in the invoice template. When selecting a customer to bill to, you can create a new contact by clicking the + symbol and filling out the information required. If the contact was already created then you can just search for the name.
- There are some options to enable and disable Discounts, Shipping and Tax which you can choose to meet the requirements of your Invoice.
- When all is completed you have the options to save to Draft, Preview or Send Invoice.
Once it is sent, your main Invoice page will populate information when someone makes a payment.
