What is the Buzz Commerce Cloud?

The Buzz Commerce Cloud is our e-commerce platform that offers online sales channels for businesses that sell physical or digital products. A website isn’t necessary to collect payments, everything you need to conduct business is housed on our platform. We’ve created our platform to enable omnichannel selling, so retailers can use different sales channels to sell their products. The first Buzz Channel available is the Buzz Store, where retailers can create an online store to display and sell their goods instead of a traditional website.

It offers you the ability to:

  1. Create and customise a professional, mobile-friendly online store that accepts secure online payments from anyone, anywhere.

  2. Use the drag-and-drop store builder with beautifully designed theme options to easily make your store match your brand without needing programming skills.

  3. Manage your inventory with a powerful inventory management system that will be shared across our upcoming additional sales channels. This means you only have to add a product once but sell it on any of our Channels.

  4. Set up virtual product displays using our Collections and Brands features to capture the attention of online window shoppers.

  5. House your own blog to use more in-depth content to engage your following, build brand loyalty, and continue promoting your sales items.

  6. Secure a domain name or use an existing domain name so that you can further cement your online presence and rank higher in Google search results.

  7. Enable your customers to create wish lists and offer their feedback via reviews so they can further connect with your brand.

Please note, that certain tools and features are only available with certain Commerce Cloud Plans.

Additional tools provided by the Buzz Commerce Cloud include:

  1. Order information tables that display customer order data in an easy-to-search and manage format, allowing you to dive into greater detail if necessary.

  2. Abandoned Cart tracking software that allows you to contact customers who have not purchased items they’ve added to their carts and offer purchase incentives.
