Buzz Commerce Cloud Channels are what we call our different solutions for conducting online sales. Each sales Channel varies its approach to how products will be displayed as well as the interactions that can be made between merchants and customers.

When you log into your Buzz Commerce Dashboard for the very first time, you will be greeted by the Setup Wizard - a series of steps to help you get started selling as quickly as possible. The final step of the Main Commerce Cloud Setup Wizard is to "Enable A Channel".

Buzz Commerce Cloud has currently launched our services with one Channel, our flagship sales service: The Buzz Store Channel. This Channel is great for having a dedicated and branded online space where various aspects of your business are shared alongside your goods for sale. Websites are practically mandatory for businesses in the modern era, so don't get left behind!

Available Channel features differ depending on your Buzz Commerce Cloud Plan. Please visit our Pricing Page for more information on the features available to you. Buzz Channels can be enabled or disabled at any time from the Manage Channels area, accessible from the Orange Left Hand Main Menu.

You will have the ability to enable as many channels as you desire! The shared Inventory makes selling on all Buzz Commerce Channels quick and easy! You only need to add a product ONCE, and you can enable or disable them across the Channels you desire.

Each Channel has its own unique Setup Wizard, which are the steps you need to follow to get started selling quickly via that Channel. Head to your Commerce Cloud Manager now to activate and manage your Channels!
