Becoming a Verified Buzz Experience Cloud Organizer powers up your Buzz Events by providing access to Buzz Ticketing. Sell your tickets and event merchandise online and have digital door management at your event. It makes the purchasing experience quick and easy for attendees.
How Events Work*:
Create Event Listings: Add a free listing using your General Buzz.tt User account, or upgrade to an Experience Cloud Organizer account to access features such as private password-locked events, online ticket sales, and more.
Customise Your Event:
Add Event Information: Give attendees the full details, including dates & times, a description, contact information, social media, and website links.
Share the Location: Use our search bar to pull up existing Place listings for your event, or add a new Place if it isn't in our directory. You can also include a link if it's a virtual event.
Display Flyers: Use the banner and event image areas to add promotional visuals.
Categorise & Tag: Help users find your event using our existing Categories and Tags that prompt their search results to include your event.
Shareable Event Pages: Share your created Event Page via QR Code, social media platforms, email, or WhatsApp to reach your customers where they are.
How Ticketing Works*:
Set Ticket Types: Free, paid, donation, and merchandise ticket types empower you to access the sales functionality you need.
Buyer Incurs Fees Capability: You can opt to pass transactional platform fees onto buyers for Paid Ticket Types.
Group Tickets: Create specialised ticket bundles as a marketing tactic. This is perfect for multi-date or conference-type events to encourage users to purchase multiple types of tickets at once.
Set Restrictions: Set the maximum number of Tickets a single user can purchase at checkout.
Customise Your Tickets: Select the background colour of your tickets to align them with your brand.
Secure and Reliable: All payments are processed securely through our reliable payment gateway, Buzz Payments, which powers all of our Buzz Cloud e-commerce platforms.
