When a customer pays you, there is a clearance period of 5 business days before new funds are deposited into your Buzz Wallet to facilitate potential refunds. Funds accumulate in your Buzz Wallet until you request a deposit to your bank account. Withdrawal requests are processed in 24 to 48 business hours.
Please note that for newly signed-up accounts, the period for the first payout (first transfer request) takes longer as we need to do our due diligence to ensure that all funds processed are legitimate.
Follow the steps outlined below to submit a withdrawal request from your Buzz Business Cloud Manager Account:
Step 1
Go to your Buzz Business Cloud Manager Dashboard.

Step 2
Log in and click on Payouts in the Business Cloud Manager Menu, located on the left side of the page.

Step 3
Determine how much is currently available to be moved from your Buzz Wallet to your bank account. Note from the example image below, the Payouts Page displays 3 different figures:
Not Yet Confirmed: This figure represents the total amount collected on your behalf, but has not passed the clearance period of 5 business days. These funds are not available for withdrawal.
Currently Confirmed: This figure represents the total amount of funds that have passed the clearance period of 5 business days and are available for withdrawal.
Buzz Balance: This is the total amount of funds in your Buzz Wallet.
Click on the Withdraw Funds button on the top right of the Payouts page.

Step 4
Enter the amount to be withdrawn and click the Withdraw Funds button.

You will receive a confirmation message that your withdrawal request has been successfully submitted. Withdrawal requests are processed in 24 to 48 business hours after request submission.
