Buzz Subscriptions are a quick and easy way to pay for a recurring service! To begin, please access the Buzz Subscription package sent to you by a Merchant using our Buzz Business Cloud service. Merchants are responsible for generating a Subscription package for your transaction. If you have not already received a Subscription sign-up link, please get in touch with the business you wish to pay to have one issued to you.
Follow the steps outlined below to pay a Buzz Subscription:
Step 1
Click on the Subscription you received via email or any other digital source from the Merchant you are about to pay. You will then be directed to a page similar to Figure 1.1.

This is your subscription sign-up page. Please ensure all the information contained therein is accurate, per arrangements between you and the merchant to be paid. You can also use any Discount Codes provided by the Merchant by clicking the “Have A Discount Code?” field, entering the code into the empty field that appears, and selecting “Apply”.
Click the "Next" button to continue.
Step 2
You will then be directed to either “Create An Account” or “Log In” to your General User Buzz Account before you enter your Payment Information. You must have an account to proceed.

By clicking “Log In” you can sign in to your existing General Buzz User Account. If you do not have an account, please fill out the Create An Account area and click the "Sign Up" button to continue.

Step 3
Next, fill out all Payment Information fields with your Credit Card information. You can opt to save this information if you plan to make future purchases using the Buzz Payments platform.
Click "Next" to proceed to the Billing Information area.

Please fill out all Billing Information fields with your billing address information. N.B. it is necessary to select the checkbox to agree to our Terms & Conditions and Purchase Policy for your payment to be processed.
Click "Next" to proceed to the Pay Now area.

Click the “Pay Now” button to submit your payment and agree to the recurring subscription fee charges.

Step 4
Please remain on the page while your payment is being processed.

Step 5
After a few seconds, you will receive a Payment Confirmation message when your transaction is successful. A payment receipt will also be delivered via email for this transaction and each recurring Subscription payment. If a redirect is enabled for the Invoice, you will be redirected to the Merchant's website to continue browsing.
