Buzz Donations are quick and easy to pay to charity! To begin, please access the Donations Campaign Page sent to you by a Merchant using our Buzz Business Cloud service. Merchants are responsible for generating a Donations Campaign Page for your transaction. If you have not already received one, please contact the NGO you wish to pay to have one issued to you.
Follow the steps outlined below to pay Buzz Donations:
Step 1
Click on the Donations Campaign Page you received via email or any other digital source from the NGO you are about to pay. You will then be directed to a page similar to Figure 1.1.

You can change the donation amount to be paid in the “Amount To Pay” field if you would like to add a larger sum than the pre-filled minimum donation set by the NGO. You can also choose between donation options of a One-Time or Monthly recurring payment.
Click the “Continue” button to proceed.
Step 2
You will then be directed to either “Continue As Guest” or “Sign In” to your General User Buzz Account and enter your Payment Information.

By clicking “Sign In” you can either Log In to your existing General Buzz User Account or Sign Up for one if you’re not yet a member by clicking on the orange “Sign Up” link to start the short process to become a member of Buzz.

Next, fill out all Payment Information fields with your Credit Card and Billing information. You can opt to save this information if you plan to make future purchases using the Buzz Payments platform. N.B. it is necessary to select the checkbox to agree to our Terms & Conditions and Purchase Policy for your payment to be processed.
Finally, choose your Donation Display Name or tick the Anonymous box if preferred.

You will be presented with the total amount to be paid. Click the “Pay” button to confirm you would like to submit this amount to the NGO.
Step 3
Please remain on the page while your payment is being processed.

Step 4
After a few seconds, you will receive a Payment Confirmation message when your transaction is successful. A payment receipt will also be delivered via email. If a redirect is enabled for the Donations Campaign, you will be redirected to the NGO's website to continue browsing.
