How Do I Get A Ticket Refund?

Learn about when and how money from purchased Tickets can be refunded.

Buzz has a No Refund policy. (Please see Buzz’s Ticket Purchase Policy). Unless an Event is cancelled there are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges and no transfers after the order has been made. In the event of a cancellation, the purchase will be refunded directly to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Buzz acts as an independent Ticketing Agent for Event Organizers. We don’t own, manage or have decision-making power over the Events for which we provide listing and ticketing services.

If, for some reason, you wish to change your Ticket(s) from one performance date or venue to another, please contact us and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your request.
