Buzz Payment Links are quick and easy to pay! To begin, please access the Payment Link sent to you by a Merchant using our Buzz Business Cloud service. Merchants are responsible for generating a Payment Link for your transaction. If you have not already received a Payment Link, please contact the business you wish to pay to have one issued to you.
Follow the steps outlined below to pay a Buzz Payment Link:
Step 1
Click on the Payment Link you received via email or any other digital source from the Merchant you are about to pay. You will then be directed to a page similar to Figure 1.1.

Enter the amount to be paid in the "Amount To Pay" field if it has not already been pre-filled by the Merchant requesting payment. You can also use any Discount Codes provided by the Merchant by clicking the "Have A Discount Code?" field, entering the code into the empty field that appears, and selecting "Apply". Click the "Next" button to continue.
Step 2
You will then be directed to either "Continue As Guest" or "Sign In" to your General User Buzz Account and enter your Payment Information.

By clicking "Sign In" you can either Log In to your existing General Buzz User Account or Sign Up for one if you’re not yet a member by clicking on the orange "Sign Up" link to start the short process to become a member of Buzz.

Next, fill out all Payment Information fields with your Credit Card and Billing information. You can opt to save this information if you plan to make future purchases using the Buzz Payments platform. N.B. it is necessary to select the checkbox to agree to our Terms & Conditions and Purchase Policy for your payment to be processed.
When your information has been completed, click the "Next" button.
Step 3
You will be presented with the total amount to be paid. Click the "Pay Now" button to confirm you would like to submit this amount to the Merchant via the payment method provided in Step 2.

Step 4
Please remain on the page while your payment is being processed.

Step 5
After a few seconds, you will receive a Payment Confirmation message when your transaction is successful. A payment receipt will also be delivered via email. If a redirect is enabled for the Payment Link, you will be redirected to the Merchant's website to continue browsing.
