Imagine you frequently offer a "Premium Haircut". Instead of typing the details every time, you define it ONCE as a reusable listing:

Name: Premium Haircut
Description: Includes wash, scalp massage, and precision styling.
Cost: $75.00
Duration (for Appointments): 45 minutes
Tax Rate: 15%

Now, when you create a new payment request, an invoice, or set up a booking slot in your Appointments calendar, you simply select "Premium Haircut." All the defined details are instantly applied, saving you time and ensuring your pricing is consistent everywhere.

When creating a Buzz Invoice, already defined Products & Services listings streamline the process:

Quick Addition: Access your available listings by using the search bar in the "Invoice Items" section. Simply type in the name of an existing listing to instantly add it as a line item to your Invoice.
On-the-Fly Creation: If you need to create a new item, use the Add Item button. This new product or service will then be saved for current and future use across your compatible Buzz Cloud tools.

2. Products with Buzz Payment Links

Products & Services listings simplify the creation of payment agreements:

Enable Product Link: When creating or editing a Buzz Payment Link, switch on the "Enable Product Link" toggle.
Search and Include: You can then search for and select an already created product listing to include as part of the sales agreement for that Payment Link.

Important Notes:

This feature is currently limited to one product or service listing per Payment Link.

3. Services with Buzz Appointments

Products & Services become bookable services for your calendar through a single key setting:

Setting Up Bookable Services

Enable Booking: When creating or editing a Product or Service listing, locate and activate the "Is it bookable?" toggle. Activating this toggle immediately makes the service available for use within the Buzz Appointments system, allowing clients to book it directly on your calendar.

Required Scheduling Details

Enabling "Is it bookable?" triggers the capture of crucial scheduling data for smooth operation. You must fill in the following additional fields:

Time Required: The total duration needed for the service.
Capacity: Set the minimum and maximum number of clients allowed per session.
Assigned Team: Select the specific Team Members who are authorised to administer this service.

These settings will automatically apply to all future bookings clients make under this service listing type.

Products & Services Categories:

If your business maintains a wide range of Products or Services, you can utilise the Manage Categories feature to enhance efficiency. This function allows you to group together relevant items, which significantly simplifies the process of both adding and searching for them across all compatible Buzz Cloud tools.
