How to Create Products & Services

Learn how to create reusable Product & Service Listings for use in Invoices, Payment Links, or Appointments.

By detailing your Product or Service listing ONCE (including descriptions, costs, and scheduling data), you save time, eliminate repetitive data entry, and ensure consistency when building your Buzz Invoices, Buzz Payment Links, or Buzz Appointments calendar. You can create one by following these steps:

Step 1

Log in and click on Settings in the Business Cloud Manager Menu, located on the left side of the page. Then click on Products & Services.

Step 3

Click on the “Create Product or Service” button on the top right side of the page.

Fill out all the fields and add any advanced settings if necessary. Click create when you are satisfied.

Product & Service Listing Fields Explained:

BASICS TAB

After clicking the "Create Product or Service" button, you will be prompted to enter the core information for your listing on the Basics Tab:

  • Name: Enter the primary name of the product or service.

  • Description: Add a detailed description of the product or service.

  • Category: Select an existing category for your Products & Services listings from the dropdown menu, OR choose "Add New," and then enter the Category Name.

  • Price: Enter the price of your product & service (without currency symbols).

  • Adding an Image (Optional): If you have a marketing image for this listing:

    • Click the "Enable Image" toggle.

    • Click "Upload Image" and select the file from your device.

At this point, your next action determines whether you can proceed to create the listing using only the previously filled-in fields, or if more fields require information before completion:

  • If your Product or Service is NOT bookable, meaning it can not be booked through Buzz Appointments, click the "Create" button to finalise your listing.

  • If your Product or Service IS bookable (meaning clients can reserve it through Buzz Appointments), please continue configuring the required scheduling details.

Continued fields for Buzz Appointments use:

  • Activate Booking: Locate and switch on the "Is it Bookable" toggle.

  • Enter Scheduling Details: Activating this toggle reveals the scheduling fields, which you must now fill:

    • Service Time: Enter the total duration required for the service in minutes.

    • Service Location: Specify the type of location for the service delivery (In-Person Meeting, Online/Video Call, or Phone Call) and provide the corresponding Address, Meeting Link URL, or Phone Number.

AVAILABILITY TAB — (For Use with Buzz Appointments only)

  • Capacity Limits: Enter the minimum and maximum number of persons who can book the service in a single session.

  • Team Members (Conditional): If the service is performed by specific staff, select the responsible Team Members from the list.

ADVANCED TAB

  • Visibility & Privacy Toggles: Hide or show information about your Product & Service listing.

    • Hide From Profile: This Product & Service listing will only be accessible via a direct link you share.

    • Hide Organiser Email: Your email address will be hidden from calendar invites sent to customers.

  • Booking Flow: Change the next steps on your customer’s journey after they’ve made a booking.

    • Manual Confirmation Required: Enable this toggle if bookings must be confirmed by your team before they are finalised.

    • URL Redirect: Add a hyperlink to a specific website page that customers will be sent to after a successful booking.

  • Service Settings: Specify whether a listing is a Product Listing OR a Service Listing and

    • Type: Select whether the item you have entered is a Product or a Service.

    • Status: Set the status to Enabled (visible and usable) or Disabled.

      • Enabled — Allows your product or service to be visible and usable in Buzz Cloud tools.

      • Disabled — Allows you to save your service, but makes it unusable/unselectable in Buzz Cloud tools.


Step 5

You’ve completed the process of creating a Product or Service Listing! You can now apply your created listing when creating or editing your Buzz Invoices, Payment Links, and Appointments.

HOW TO USE WITH BUZZ INVOICES

When using your Product & Service listing via Buzz Invoices, use the “Invoice Items” area. Type the name of your previously created listing, and then select it from the list. You can also add new Product & Service Listings in this area using the Add Item Button.

HOW TO USE WITH BUZZ PAYMENT LINKS

For Buzz Payment Links, you must switch the “Enable Product Link” toggle on. A search area will then appear where you can type the name of your previously created listing, and then select it from the list. You can also add new Product & Service Listings in this area using the Add New Item Button.

HOW TO USE WITH BUZZ APPOINTMENTS

And finally, to apply your Product & Service Listings to Buzz Appointments, use the “Service” area. Type the name of your previously created listing, and then select it from the list. You can also add new Product & Service Listings in this area using the Add New Service Button.
