By detailing your Product or Service listing ONCE (including descriptions, costs, and scheduling data), you save time, eliminate repetitive data entry, and ensure consistency when building your Buzz Invoices, Buzz Payment Links, or Buzz Appointments calendar. If you have not previously created a Product & Service Listing, please follow the steps in this article. You can edit an already created listing by following these steps:
Step 1
Go to your Buzz Business Cloud Manager Dashboard

Log in and click on Settings in the Business Cloud Manager Menu, located on the left side of the page. Then click on Products & Services.

In the row of the specific Product or Service listing you wish to edit, click on the Hamburger Menu (three dots) on the right of the row, then select Edit.

Edit the information fields as necessary. Click the “Update” button when you are satisfied.

Step 5
You’ve completed the process of editing a Product or Service Listing! These changes are now applied to all listings used when creating or editing your Buzz Invoices, Payment Links, and Appointments.
